A Partnership Agreement is an important contract between business partners which sets out clearly each partner’s obligations and the details regarding the day-to-day running of the business. Partnership agreements provide certainty in respect of many issues, from how profits are distributed to how decisions are made or how to deal with the disputes between partners  should they arise. Therefore, it is partners’ best interest having such an agreement in place.

Purchase and Supply Agreements set out the terms between a business and a supplier for the delivery of the agreed products or services. This agreements include reponsibilities of both parties, pricing and payment details, confidentiality clauses, refunds and compensation terms, timeframes and features/specifics of the services or goods.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes how you share information or ideas in confidence. Sometimes people call NDAs confidentiality agreements. The key elements of NDAs arethe definition of confidential information, the obligations of the receiving party, the exclusion from confidentiality, the penalty clause, the period of the confidentiality and the scope of people obliged to keep the information confidential.

A shareholders’ agreement governs relationship between the shareholders of a company. It sets out the shareholders' rights and obligations, the management and government of the company, privileges, ownership of the shares and the protection of the shareholders. 

This is a contract for services between an independent contractor (a self-employed individual) and the client company for the provision of consultancy services. The consultant/contractor provides his professional services to the client company based on the terms of the agreement. The type of the consultancy may vary including but not limited to education, law, information technologies, marketing, sales, business and tourism.
